Valor Performance Program - August 2010 CHANGE FOR NON-FALL OFF-SEASON ATHLETES There will be no Speed/Agility training in August. If you are not playing a Fall sport you may lift during any of the fall team times listed on the August Calendar below.
Valor Performance Program - 2010-11 School Year OFF-SEASON TRAINING BEGINS MONDAY, AUGUST 30th The Off-Season Performance Calendar can be seen by clicking the link below. These training sessions dedicated to the development of the complete athlete are open to all valor athletes who are not in-season. It is our hope that all of our athletes are training year-round in our performance program! Schedule for Off-Season Athletes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday 3:15-3:25 Performance Preparation, Running Mechanics, and Plyos 3:25-3:55 Run 3:55-4:40 Lift 4:40-4:45 Performance Restoration and PNF Stretching Friday 3:05 – 4:00 Make-up Lift/Run or Individual Technique/Mechanic work
NUTRITION AT VALOR Muscle Milk All athletes will receive 1 bar prior to any exercise (Training, practice, etc.) and 1 shake post-exercise. Muscle Milk Collegiate products are available to purchase by our Valor community throughout the year. To place an order, please fill out this order form and turn into anyone on the Athletic Development staff (T.J Ragan, Brian Kula, Allen Schroeder, Jennifer Boenau). Unless we are out of stock on a particular product, we will fill your order immediately so please hand it directly to one of the above staff members.
