Football Headed to State Championship!

The Varsity Football team will take on Cherry Creek in the 2014 5A State Championship game at Mile High Stadium this Saturday, November 29 at 2:30 p.m. Earlier this season, the opponent overpowered Valor for the final score of 33-17. Come support the team take on Cherry Creek for this exciting rematch as both teams fight for the State Title! Lets make it a 6peat!

Senior Lauren Ogg Takes 5th in State!

The Cross Country team has created the most memorable, record breaking year in the program's history. From personal best times, to highest Regional finishes, to qualifying the first team to state, the team has had a banner, breakthrough season. Individually, senior Lauren Ogg led the way and defied obstacles to finish her season 5th in the state. That means Lauren is Valor's First Ever First Team All State Runner. We are so proud of your incredible season and memorable, record setting Regional and State Finishes! Best of luck at the collegiate level!
Sophomore, Madison Venegas Helps Overland Win State!

Overland came in first place with 184.975 over Broomfield at 184.5! Sophomore Madison Venegas was an integral part of earning the state title!
Volleyball Sweeps Regional Title, Advances to State!

Girls Volleyball (19-5) ranked 5th in the state won Regionals on Saturday to advance to the State Tournament this Friday and Saturday. At Regionals, the Eagles faced the Discovery Canyon Thunder and the Thomas Jefferson Spartans defeating each team 3-0. Cassidy Wurth and Braya Hunt led the way offensively for the Eagles each hitting over .440. The Valor defense played great Saturday posting 112 digs allowing the offense to score points. The State Tournament will be on Friday and Saturday, November 7th & 8th at the Denver Coliseum. The time of play is TBD.
