Valor is governed by an independent Board of Education.  The Board of Education is responsible for establishing the vision and mission of the organization; establishing governance policies and procedures; hiring and overseeing the Head of School, who also serves as President/CEO of the organization; and holding that person accountable for the successful execution of the organization's desired outcomes.  The Valor Board also takes primary responsibility for providing the financial, intellectual, and spiritual resources necessary to effectively reach organizational goals.
