Valor’s commitment to excellence begins with the learning environment. Our extensive program offerings demand comprehensive, state-of-the-art facilities. By arranging our facilities as a campus, we bring a level of academic focus and maturity to the learning environment.
While Valor is a sizeable school, the opportunity of spreading students across the campus creates a feeling of intimacy and individualized learning. The campus setting also provides the opportunity for regular outdoor interaction as students cross the quad and migrate between buildings.
ACADEMIC BUILDING
The three-story Academic Building provides an ample number of classrooms for a broad selection of courses, including 35 classrooms, 8 science labs, a 5,300 square foot research and teaching library, 3 technology labs, multi-purpose teaching space and administrative offices.
ATHLETIC FACILITIES
Our athletic facilities are among the best in Colorado and include the Athletic Building which houses 2 gymnasiums, a rock climbing wall in the auxiliary gym, a wrestling room, fitness center, locker rooms, Valor Commons cafeteria, the Eagle’s Nest Store and The Bistro 133 coffee shop.
The Valor Football Stadium is situated to the east of the Academic Building and has seating for 3,000 with a synthetic turf playing field, 9-lane track, a 4,000 sq. ft. professionally equipped weight room, locker rooms, a 900 sq. ft. athletic training room and a press box.
The Athletic fields include a full regulation football and baseball field, a softball field, international sized lacrosse and soccer field and six tennis courts.
THE VALOR CENTER FOR CULTURE AND INFLUENCE
The Arts program provides students with the ability to do top level creative work that demands an audience. As our campus continues to grow, we have plans to build The Valor Center for Culture and Influence which will enhance our ability to provide an excellent education in the Arts, adding an auditorium to the Valor campus as well as additional classrooms and work space across our academic disciplines.
